bikablo Basics – training

The basics of visual thinking, learning and collaborating with the bikablo technique

Lay the foundation for your future as a visualizer! With the pictograms, figures and graphic elements of the bikablo technique, you will gradually develop the basics of the visual language on the flipchart and pin board. And you design your first presentation poster, which you can use the very next day. You can then leave your projector in the cupboard, from now on.

bikablo Basics training

Whether as a beginner “with two left hands” or as an experienced Aficionado – bikablo basics is the stepping stone into the wonderful world of visual thinking for anyone interested. Think of being able to present visual presentations, facilitating processes, graphical recording of a meeting or sharing of knowledge in a visual way. In a learning group of like-minded people, our trainers can respond to your individual learning needs. If it makes sense, they divide the study group into teams with different speeds. After these two days you will find out: I can visualize – and use it in my job tomorrow!

In a relaxed learning atmosphere, you will experience how easy it is to use little tricks to make even large pin boards bold and lively. The trainers take a lot of time to let you in on the secrets of bikablo visualization technique, to sketch out details and to answer your questions.

  • Holding the pen and drawing the line: How do I draw clean lines and structure my space on the flip chart?
  • Graphics and text containers: How do I create simple arrows and connecting elements from basic geometric shapes in order to present related topics? Which text containers (e.g. speech bubbles) can be used to support which kinds of messages?
  • Objects and symbols: How do I draw simple symbols to underline messages? What is essential, what can be left out?
  • Figures: What easy ways does bikablo® provide to draw people, roles, groups and situations?
  • Color and space: What are simple and fast options to color elements and spaces in a quick and simple way that supports the graphic structure?
  • Writing: how do I improve my handwriting on the flip chart to make it more legible and attractive?
  • Posters and settings: How do I combine the ingredients (graphics, writing, symbols, figures, and color) to create to the point visual translations of content and meaningful posters for different purposes (welcome, agenda, instructions, group work)?
